Our General Policy: All fabrics at Krris n Mirra are cut to your specified length at the time of order. Because each cut is made exclusively for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, color preference, or incorrect selection.

When We Make It Right: We will arrange a replacement or exchange in the following cases only — if the fabric received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, if the wrong print or fabric was dispatched, or if the length delivered is shorter than what was ordered.

How to Raise a Concern: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at [your number] or email at [your email]. Share your order number along with clear photographs of the fabric as received. Claims raised after 48 hours will not be entertained.

Color Note: Linen is a natural fiber. Minor tonal variation between screen and physical fabric is inherent to the material and is not classified as a defect.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
